All AI-generated material should be reviewed before use, as it may be inaccurate or incomplete. You agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You may not upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or use the service for abusive or harmful purposes. You retain ownership of all prompts and content you upload or create within the service.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. This license ends when your content is deleted, with the exception of temporary backup copies created automatically.
Content you upload may contain sensitive personal or business information. We apply reasonable safeguards, but you are responsible for deciding what data is appropriate to store in the platform.

All rights to The Prompt Avocado platform, its software, design, and branding belong to Manta Summit LLC. Your content remains yours.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or completeness. AI-generated content may be unpredictable and should be reviewed before use.
To the extent permitted by law, Manta Summit LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
You agree to reasonably defend Manta Summit LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will first be addressed informally and, if unresolved, handled in California state or federal courts.
We may update these Terms and will post updates with a revised date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
